I hereby confirm that each Company Owner of the Company provided in this Application (i) is aware of the Company's request for financing; (ii) may be required to guaranty the requested financing; and (iii) have authorized Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. to obtain their respective consumer credit report and have authorized me to provide their consent (collectively the Credit Consent).
